My name is Amy. I'm a 30-something from the southeastern U.S.A. Which is really good for Clive Owen (whose representatives have already warned me I'm walking a fine line).

I was raised in the South by two Yankee parents which means I speak Spanish semi-fluently. I like taking long walks on the Zen beach of enlightenment but usually get tangled in the seaweed.

I'm an unpublished writer trying to become a published writer. But I don't just write about writing. Stuff happens to me. I share it with you, here. Which is the point of The Blog: Look at what happened to me! And to this person I know! But mostly: look at what happened to me!
